About the Fauquier Hokies

Our chapter is working to build a community of Hokies in Fauquier County, Virginia. Some of us have been born and raised here, and some are new to the area, but we all have one thing in common — a love for Virginia Tech. We are a 501(c)3 organization so your donations are tax deductible.
Supporting Students

Our chapter's primary goal is to support students from Fauquier County schools who are interested in attending Virginia Tech. We are working to provide scholarships and offer guidance to students and their families as they embark on their college experience. If you would like to support our scholarship fund through a monetary gift click here. Or if you would like to donate an item for our silent auction, please contact Deborah Foulk-Libby or George Schuelen.

Giving Back

We are proud to participate in events that support our community and the surrounding areas. Our chapter has adopted a highway in Warrenton, Virginia and will be hosting work parties to keep the area clean. We are always looking for other opportunities to get involved! If you have an idea for a local community service project that our chapter can help with, please contact us!

Building Community

Throughout the year, we offer many opportunities for our local Hokies to get to know each other. From our summer send-off picnic for current students, to wine tasings and game watching parties for locals, we have a little something for everyone. We would love to get to know you at a future chapter event - to be included on our chapter emails, please contact Chip Miller.

Promoting Hokie Businesses

Several members of our chapter are proud owners and operators of Fauquier County area businesses. As many of these alumni contribute to the success of our chapter, we take every opportunity to showcase the Hokie Businesses in the area. Please take a moment to check out our generous sponsors and contact us if you would like to learn more about sponsoring our chapter.
